“Keep children away from the crowded places”, says Dr. Bairwa, “Children are more prone to get infected; if you see your child sneezing then rush to get the Swine Flu test done immediately”.
Till now, 62 samples have been tested at MB Hospital’s Swine Flu ward, out of which 25 were diagnosed positive while 5 people died due to critical condition.
“Most patients come here when they reach the last stage of swine flu, making it very difficult for us to save them. So, it is better to see your doctor as early as possible”, he said while talking to local reporters today.
Bairwa clarifies, we have already declared high alert in Udaipur region, and our medical staff has started visiting schools, aganwadi centers and rural areas to take precautionary measures to restrain the spreading disease.
