Now it is time for the weather to take a turn and show its effect. Winter is certainly here to stay for this season. Temperature dipped on Wednesday and the effect was stronger as the past 3 days were comparatively warm.

Mount Abu was the coldest on Tuesday with minimum at 4 degrees. Places like Jaisalmer, Barmer, Ganganagar, Bikaner, Pali and Churu recorded between 11 degrees and 15 degrees. It clearly states that winter is showing its effect and is here to stay to chill the masses in the next month.

Clouds and cold waves could be experienced the entire day on Wednesday. The warmth that could be felt during night in the past 3 days has disappeared. The met department says that the weather is likely to stay cold this week.

Woollen market is set up to cater to the needs of the masses. Fog can be experienced in the morning hours bringing a good chill for the early risers and the various vendors. As per a milk vendor this morning, he could feel extreme chill in his fingers as he rode the bike to deliver milk in different areas. People are getting fully wrapped up before moving out. The roads got almost isolated as people preferred to stay indoors amidst the cold waves.
