In yet another case of theft in Udaipur city, gold jewellery and cash were stolen from a house in Pratapnagar area. Mahendra Singh Ranawat reported a theft of 19 thousand rupees in cash and a lot of gold jewellery from his residence in Nakoda nagar. As per the complaint, he was away to his village for a few days and when he returned on Tuesday he found that the house was robbed. The lock of the door was found lying on the floor and all the cash and jewellery were gone. There are a lot of other houses nearby but since the plot behind his residence was lying vacant, it was easy for the thieves to make their way into his house. Police is now investigating the suspects in this case.
