March 22, 2025 - Pune is soon to have a Trump World Centre which is being built in collaboration with Kundan Spaces, a real estate company of Pune. This building will provide high-end office spaces and large leasable offices in the city.

Trump World Centre will be India’s first Trump-branded office project, according to reports, and has been launched by Tribeca Developers. The latter is the real estate partner of Trump Organisation in India.

The 1.6 million sq ft office project worth Rs 1,700 crore will have a target of earning $289 million (Rs 2,500 crores) from sales. It will have 27 floors and is expected to be complete by 2029.

Apart from this there are 3-to-4 luxury residential projects in India planned by Tribeca Developers, according to Kalpesh Mehta who is the founder of the real estate firm. So, overall the total sales from all the above projects could reach $1.15 billion, says Mehta.

The Centre is being built on a 4.3 acre plot in Koregaon Park annexe in Pune and will feature a range of luxurious amenities. This will include two office towers and a luxury retail boulevard with high-end brands, creches, salons, gyms, spas, auditoriums, restaurants and more.
