Udaipur: Two arrested for planting Hemp plants in their fields

A special campaign is under way for the prevention of illegal drugs

 
Two accused arrested from Odo Ka Guda

Udaipur’s Saira Police station has arrested two accused from Odon Ka Guda village for growing hemp plants in their field. The police have arrested Sohanlal’s father and Panna Gameti’s father, both residents of Odon Ka Guda. The accused were doing illegal drugs farming. 

On receiving the information from the informer, the police reached at the spot and arrested the accused. Under the direction of Superintendent of Police of Udaipur District, Vikas Sharma, a special campaign is under way for the prevention of illegal drugs, Station Officer Nathusingh added.  

The action was taken under the supervision of Additional Superintendent of Police, IPS Ranjeeta Sharma and Deputy Bhupendra. The action team including Inspector Vardi Singh, Constable Ruparam, Dipendra, Vijender and Prithviraj were present.
