Lily and Erie, two cycling enthusiasts, recently started their journey from India to Italy, making a stop in the city of Udaipur. Their visit was not just about sightseeing; it was about spreading awareness on environmental conservation. Participating in a youth environmental dialogue at Vidya Bhawan Polytechnic College, Lily highlighted India's rich biodiversity.

Lily, originally from Germany but residing in Tamil Nadu since childhood, and Erie, hailing from Italy, embarked on a 13,000-kilometer cycling journey with their dog, Shawan Snook, to promote nature-friendly practices.

During the dialogue, Lily and Erie voiced concerns about the adverse impact of development on nature. They emphasized the need for a nature-friendly lifestyle to reduce carbon footprints and ensure environmental prosperity.

The dialogue, organized jointly by the National Service Scheme unit of the Polytechnic, Green Peepal Society, and Saksham Institute, provided a platform to discuss various aspects of environmental conservation.
