UDA Announces E-Auction of Plots; Registration Till July 14

Udaipur, 8 July 2025 – The Udaipur Development Authority (UDA) has rolled out an opportunity for investors, residents, and businesses through its latest online auction of residential and commercial plots across multiple prime locations in Udaipur. The e-auction includes 57 residential plots, 22 commercial plots, and three constructed shops.

UDA Commissioner Rahul Jain said that those interested in participating in the auction must register online by 12:00 pm on July 14, 2025, and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) must be submitted online by 4:00 pm the same day.

He further informed that the auction process for the plots will begin once the EMD is deposited. The highest bidder will receive a 2% discount if the full payment is made within 15 days. Alternatively, participants can pay 35% within 120 days or 50% within 180 days under standard terms.
