UDA Extends Deadline of e-Lottery for 1,109 Housing Plots
Application date extended till November 17, 2025, from the earlier November 7 deadline
Udaipur, November 8, 2025 - The deadline for applications for the e-lottery of 1,109 residential plots under the housing schemes of the Udaipur Development Authority (UDA) has been extended to November 17, 2025, at 5:00 pm from the earlier November 7, 2025.
The UDA had invited applications for plots in South Extension Sector-A, Kaldwas (Udyam Vihar) and Noyra (Nandeshwar Enclave). This scheme was formally launched by Minister of Urban Development and Housing and Autonomous Governance Department, Jhabar Singh Kharra, on October 7, 2025, at a ceremony in Udaipur.
UDA Commissioner Rahul Jain informed that, in line with the State Government’s vision of Our Effort — Housing for All, the Authority has launched three housing schemes:
- South Extension Sector-A: 550 plots
- Kaldwas (Udyam Vihar): 311 plots
- Noyra (Nandeshwar Enclave): 248 plots
Together, these schemes comprise a total of 1,109 residential plots, categorised for Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Lower Income Group (LIG), Middle Income Group (MIG) and Higher Income Group (HIG).
Eligible individuals can obtain detailed information and submit online applications to participate in the e-lottery through the official website of the UDA.
