On Tuesday, August 13, 2024, the UDA took strong measures against unauthorized construction activities in two revenue villages- Panerion Ki Madri and Titardi.

In Panerion Ki Madri, UDA officials sealed two shops that had been constructed on land initially designated for residential purposes. This land, identified as plot number 12, had not received the necessary approvals or conversion permissions for commercial use. The action was taken to ensure compliance with zoning regulations and prevent further illegal activities.

In Titardi, a house that had been constructed illegally on plot number 5 was also sealed. This plot was originally classified as agricultural land, and the conversion to residential use had not been approved. The UDA’s decision to seal the property aims to uphold land use regulations and deter future violations.

These actions reflect the UDA's commitment to maintaining proper land use and ensuring that all constructions adhere to legal standards.
