Udaipur Against Corruption: Candle March on Aug 15th
Supporting the mission of Anna Hazare over Jan Lokpal Bill and raising their voices against corruption, various social groups of Udaipur has decided to hold a candle light march on August 15 – The Independence Day and Anshan on August 16, 2011.

Udaipur Against Corruption – one of the informal branches of nationwide movement India Against Corruption has teamed up with several religious and social groups including professionals and corporate to support the movement.
In a press conference held today, Chetan Shakdweepiya a prominent member of the group said, “On 13th we had signature campaign where we made many small groups of school and college students, institutes and NGOs. We have received positive response from everywhere and people pledged to gave their support in this movement”.
MGM Adriot, Bharat Ekta Manch, Jheel Hiteshi Nagrik Manch, Bajrang Sena Mewar, Walk Society, GBH American Hospital, BAR association, Alok Institute, and several associations of automobile dealers, autoparts dealers, cloth merchants, Lion’s Club, Rotary Club, RNT medical college, Udaipur chemist association and Mahaveer Yuva Manch and many more organizations have openly supported the cause.
Rajendra Sharma, founder of Bharat Ekta Manch, said “It’s the time to come out of our houses and demonstrate. We have to make this a successful movement or the future of coming generations will be in danger.”
Haji Sardar Mohammad founder of Jheel Hiteshi Nagrik Manch said “This movement is of not one man or a particular religion, this is a common subject attached with every Indian who is in anyway affected with corruption.”
Kamlendra Singh Panwar president of Bajrang Sena said “Corruption in any country is like a termite, if we want to finish it from root then every citizen has to participate in with this movement”.
Small groups have been formed under the management of Bharat Sharma, Chetan Shakdweepiya, Ajayraj Pandey, Hemant Baya, Deepesh Kothari and Kalpesh Dave. In a meeting, members discussed the agenda and its execution to get more affective results.
