Airport Authority of Udaipur has issued a legal notice to Diners Club International for falsely promoting their non-existent airport lounge in Udaipur.

Airport Authority of Udaipur has issued a legal notice to Diners Club International for falsely promoting their non-existent airport lounge in Udaipur.

Udaipur Airport authority in a tweet asked Diners club international to immediately stop promotion of their lounge at Udaipur Airport. The tweet read, “Please stop advertising for your non-existent lounge at Udaipur airport immediately. This is unauthorised and liable for legal damages. Notice is being issued separately.”

Notably, Diners Club International have details of their airport lounge in Udaipur. The lounge has been termed Club One Class and they are quoting a guest fees of Rs 2100 on their website. The lounge however does not exist at Udaipur Airport.

Diners Club provides its card holders with access to over 700 lounges across the world.
