Maharana Pratap Airport, Udaipur has secured second position amongst non-metro airports in a national consumer satisfaction survey conducted by Airport Authority of India (AAI).

Udaipur airport secured a rating of 4.75 out of 5. Its rating came in only behind Raipur airport which was rated at 4.84. AAI conducts a consumer satisfaction survey twice a year. These ratings came in from national level survey conducted during the period between January and June 2017 and included 49 airports in the country.

In the survey score, Udaipur Airport ranked extremely high on Courtesy and helpfulness of staff (4.93 out of 5) whereas availability of internet access/wifi ranked the lowest amongst the 33 parameters of rating with 4.34 out of 5. Overall score for satisfaction at Udaipur Airport stood at 4.75 out of 5.
