Maharana Pratap Airport, Udaipur bagged the third position in a national consumer satisfaction survey conducted by Airport Authority of India (AAI).

AAI conducts a consumer satisfaction survey twice a year. For 2015, Maharana Pratap Airport acquired third position among 53 airports. The list was topped by Raipur with Chandigarh Airport coming second.

In the July to Dec 2015 survey score, Udaipur Airport ranked extremely high on Courtesy and helpfulness of staff (4.92 out of 5) whereas availability of bank/ATM/Money changers ranked the lowest amongst the 33 parameters of rating with 4.58 out of 5. Overall score for satisfaction at Udaipur Airport stood at 4.8 out of 5.

Udaipur had a score of 4.78 out of 5 and was in the fifth spot in the Jan-June 2015 survey.
