In a ceremony held in New Delhi to commemorate the 29th National Day of the Airports Authority of India, Sanjeev Kumar, Airport Authority of India Chairman Sanjeev Kumar, awarded Yogesh Nagaich, Director of Udaipur Airport, with the Customer Satisfaction Award for achieving the second position. The Airports Authority of India carries out customer satisfaction surveys twice a year, focusing on service quality.

During the survey conducted from July to December 2023, Udaipur Airport managed to secure the second position. Impressively, this success follows the airport's previous achievement in the survey conducted from January to June 2023, where it also held the second position with an impressive score of 4.97.

With consistent performance across both survey periods, Udaipur Airport has solidified its standing as the second-best airport in terms of customer satisfaction, as indicated by the survey results. This recognition underscores the airport's commitment to providing excellent service to its passengers.
