The National Lok Adalat proved to be a savior for electricity consumers, with Ajmer DISCOM (Distribution Company) reporting a revenue of 7.88 crore. The Lok Adalat successfully resolved a total of 9690 cases, addressing 8186 cases related to permanent disconnections and 1504 cases associated with electricity theft. 

Rs 48 Lakh were recovered from 514 consumers in Udaipur from disconnected connection. Rs 7.5 lakh were recovered from 37 consumers in electricity theft. 

In the course of these resolutions, consumers were granted relief amounting to Rs 8.01 crore. Ajmer DISCOM's Managing Director, Mr. N.S. Nirvana, highlighted that the Lok Adalat played a crucial role in providing relief to consumers entangled in electricity-related cases.
