Udaipur has taken the lead with the highest number of registrations in the state for the Rajasthan Youth Festival initiated by the Rajasthan Youth Board. At the block level, youth festivals have been launched under the guidance of District Collector Arvind Poswal. On the inaugural day, youth festivals were conducted in Salumber, Jhallara, and Jaisamand blocks of the district, where young participants showcased their talents in various competitions.

According to the Youth Festival Coordinator, Bhairulal Gayari, the entire state has witnessed a remarkable total of 1,91,118 registrations for the festival. Out of these, Udaipur district has contributed the most with 21,451 registrations. Further breaking it down, Lasadiya block recorded 2,081 registrations, Girwa had 2,071, Badgaon had 1,827, and Gogunda had 1,409 registrations in Udaipur district.

On the first day of the Block level youth festival, various programs were organized under the guidance of the concerned subdivisional officers in Jhallara, Salumber, and Jaisamand blocks of the district. The event featured 35 different types of competitions related to art and culture, in which the youth actively participated and showcased their skills. The enthusiasm and spirit of the young participants were clearly evident throughout the festival. It's worth mentioning that the winners of the block level competitions will get the opportunity to compete at the district level event.
