For the past 6-7 years, residents of Chitrakoot Nagar have faced ongoing difficulties due to the lack of road development. The main road behind Pacific BBA College and the road near Mahavir Valley remain incomplete, with no progress on constructing the colony road.

Additionally, the absence of street lights has made commuting challenging, especially during the rainy season when the roads become waterlogged. 

The situation is further exacerbated by the accumulation of garbage. Both main roads have been turned into dumping yards for garbage collection vehicles, creating a persistent problem for the local community.
