District Collector Arvind Poswal's assembled team comprises several key members, including Sub-Divisional Officers from Girwa and Bargaon, the Special Officer from UIT, the Tehsildar, the Assistant Conservator of Forest Wildlife from Sajjangarh, and the Surveyor from the Deputy Conservator of Forests' office.

In the order issued by District Collector Poswal, it has been explicitly stated that the specialized team will undertake a collaborative inspection within the confines of the eco-sensitive zone of the Sajjangarh Wildlife Sanctuary. Their primary objective will be to identify any constructions that have been undertaken without proper conversion and approval from the monitoring committee. They are tasked with submitting a comprehensive report within a span of 15 days. Furthermore, in alignment with established regulations, the team will take measures to halt illegal construction and commercial activities, issuing notices as required.
