21-year-old Ajit Vaishnav who is a student of Buddha Institute of Technology has been reported missing since the evening of 30^th March. In an initial police investigation Ajit’s phone was traced at Veerpur village near Jaisamand but Ajit has not been found so far even after a joint search operation laid by Jaisamand and Udaipur Police.

Ajit s/o Mukesh Kumar Vaishnav is a student of BCA 3^rd year and was residing as a paying guest at Sector-14, Housing Board colony. He originally belongs to Revdai, Sirohi.

According Goverdhan Vilas Police, Ajit was last seen in college on 30^th March and in the evening of same day he had told his house owner that he had not seen Jaisamand yet and therefore, wished to go there. He left the house at 12:30 pm and since then he is missing.

His father Mukesh Kumar Vaishnav was informed by the house owner about the incident. Later, Ajit’s father came to Udaipur on 31^st March and lodged complaint about his missing son at the Goverdhan Vilas police station.
