301 positive cases from 15,000 sample received since last 20 days (2%). Total 151 active cases in Udaipur as of now | 11 COVID deaths

The total count of COVID positive patients in Udaipur till date has crossed the 1000 count. As informed by CMHO, Udaipur - Dr Dinesh Kharadi, a total of 27 new positive cases were found in the reports that have come in since morning have taken the total positive count for Udaipur to 1004, which was just 4 on 30 April. Of the 515 sample reports received since today morning, 27 were positive.

Though the number cured patients is yet to be updated for the day, yesterday evenings report from the CMHO indicated that there were 129 active cases. Adding todays positve cases, the number of active cases in Udaipur as of the time of preparing this post, goes up to 151, which is 15.5% of the total number of positive cases found till date. 840 patients have been cured, of which 792 have been  discharged from hospital.

Over the last 20 days, 15,076 sample reports have been received by the CMHO. Of these 301 reports were positive, which is 2%. 180 patients have been cured in the last 20 days and the cumulative patients cured till date is 837.  Of the 301 positive cases since July 1, 21% are migrants and 48% are close contacts. 31% are new cases.
