Udaipur, Jan 27, 2026 - Four young cyclists from Udaipur — Jitendra Patel, Rishabh Jain, Rachit Singhvi and Shubham Kothari — successfully completed a challenging 1050-kilometre cycling journey from Udaipur to Nainital (Kainchi Dham) in just five days, overcoming extreme cold and harsh weather conditions.

A special highlight of the team was that Jitendra and Rishabh are “ironman” athletes, whose experience and leadership kept the entire group highly motivated. The team began their journey on January 22 from Hanuman Temple in Sardarpura, Udaipur, with a devotional resolve to seek blessings at Baba Neem Karoli Maharaj’s Kainchi Dham.

Jitendra shared that the journey was extremely demanding. Severe winter cold in North India, dense fog reducing visibility, and unseasonal rainfall posed continuous challenges. Despite this, the cyclists covered 200 to 250 kilometres daily. Their route included Udaipur, Ajmer, Kotputli, Ghaziabad, Haldwani and finally Nainital.

During this tough expedition, Lavdev Bagdi and Kartikeya Singhvi supported the team as crew members, boosting morale throughout the journey. To encourage the cyclists, they also rode approximately 450 kilometres alongside the team.

On the occasion of Republic Day, the cyclists reached Kainchi Dham, thus delivering a powerful message of devotion, discipline and fitness.
