The Revenue Department (Group-1) has issued a notification regarding the formation of the newly established sub-tehsil Kheroda and the creation of the new Patwar mandals in Udaipur district. This notification brings clarity to the picture of sub-tehsil Kheroda and the reorganized tehsil Bhinder. According to District Collector Arvind Poswal, the notification states that the land records inspector circle in Kheroda will remain intact, while Kundai and Bhinder will be partially included in the newly formed sub-tehsil Kheroda. The sub-tehsil will encompass a total of 27 gram panchayats, which fall under the jurisdiction of Patwar Mandal Kheroda, including Bagar, Amarpura Kha, Bhopa Khera, Kunthwas, and Bansda. The overall area of the newly formed sub-tehsil is 9,615 hectares.

Likewise, the reorganized Bhinder tehsil will include the areas of Bhinder, Chargadiya, Kedariya, and Vaniya Talai from the Bhinder circle; Bhinder, Chargadiya, Kedariya, and Vaniya Talai from the Badgaon circle; Badgaon, Varni, Vana, and Barodiya from the Badgaon circle; and Kundai, Sinhad, Savna, and Dhavadia from the Kundai circle.

As a result of the Chief Minister's budget announcement for 2023-24, Collector Poswal informed that the department has constituted a total of 77 new Patwar mandals in Udaipur district. Additionally, the total area of Bhinder Tehsil will be 24,484 hectares.

• Vallabhnagar: Cachar, Morjai, Mandesar, Sarai and Pindolia
• Lasadiya: Dhaikheda and Shobhaji's jaggery
• Bhinder : Nanglia
• Semari: Kalighati and Udaat Phala
• Girwa: Manwa Kheda, Devali, Chanbora, Amarpura, Morela, Popalti and Bedwas
• Badgaon: Surrey, Ghodankala, Rebariyon Ka Guda, Bedla Khurd
• Rishabhdev: Gumanpura, Nalapipala, Rajol, Somawat
• Kanod: Bortlai and Khedi
• Mavli: Tulsidasji's inn, Dhunimata
• Kotra: Bedadhar, Dehri, Amaria, Bilvan, Kham, Junapadar, Sulav, Bakhel, Lower Subari, Uplawas and Luhartha.
