On Sunday, January 7, 2024, the Commission will conduct its first significant recruitment examination. District Collector Arvind Poswal is leading the preparations for the Assistant Professor, Librarian and Physical Training Instructor Examination-2023 in the College Education Department. Under his guidance, the organizing team has started making extensive arrangements to ensure a smooth and disciplined examination process.
The focus is on maintaining strict discipline throughout the duration of the examination to ensure fairness and transparency. As the College Education Department gears up for this important event, efforts are being made to create a conducive and organized environment for both the examiners and the examinees.
An important meeting is set for January 5th at 2:30 PM in the Residency Auditorium of the Government Girls' Higher Secondary School to conclude the exam preparations. Shailesh Surana, the Exam Coordinator, mentioned that the exam is slated for January 7th, running from 12 PM to 2 PM.
In the Udaipur district, a substantial 25,320 candidates have registered for the exam across 25 sub-districts. To facilitate this, a total of 81 exam centers have been arranged, ensuring that each classroom accommodates 24 candidates comfortably. These arrangements aim to streamline the examination process for all participants.
A control room has been set up in Room Number 126 of the Collector's Office, under the supervision of Chandresh Jain (Mobile: 9414831136, Telephone: 0294-2413278). Additional coordination duties have been delegated to Aasha Maandavat, the District Education Officer.
Entry will be permitted up to one hour before the commencement of the exam. Each center will be equipped with two videographers to ensure effective monitoring and recording.
