Whether it is through e-Mitra or from the comfort of their homes, people can conveniently apply online. Once submitted, they can easily track the progress of their application. This digital transformation of municipal tasks kicks off on February 1, 2024, putting an end to all offline procedures. Additionally, officials and employees of the corporation are strictly prohibited from carrying out offline work for online tasks.
