Trishula Dagariya, the owner of Trishula’s Diet Clinic (TDC), along with her community members, has set an incredible record by walking 34 lakh steps in just 21 days. This remarkable achievement marks a significant milestone in promoting health and wellness in Udaipur.
Walking offers numerous benefits, including improved heart health, better digestion, increased blood circulation, diabetes control, and effective weight management. This initiative by Trishula Dagariya and her team at Trishula’s Diet Clinic is the first of its kind in Udaipur, aiming to inspire and motivate people to embrace a healthier lifestyle.
Special thanks to Sandeep Dagariya, yoga teacher Kankshi Dagariya, Daksh Dagariya, and Ronak Jain for their support in this challenge. Participants from all over India took part in this initiative, showcasing a nationwide commitment to health and fitness. Today, a certification ceremony was held to honor the participants. Such initiatives will continue every month, with TDC’s mission to raise health awareness and reverse diabetes for 1 lakh people across India. The winners of this competition are Anita Digariya in the first place, Sulochana Shah in the second place, and Mohit Taletiya in the third place.
