Over the past few days, temperatures have been consistently dropping, and on Sunday, a slight change was observed. However, throughout the week, nighttime temperatures have decreased by 7 degrees in seven cities across the state, including Udaipur. According to the weather department, there is a forecast for further temperature decrease in the next two days, with a possibility of it dropping to 7 degrees. On Sunday, the recorded maximum and minimum temperatures were 26 degrees and 10.6 degrees, respectively. This marks a decline from the temperatures recorded on the previous day, Saturday, which were 24.8 degrees as the maximum and 10.2 degrees as the minimum.
Consequently, there has been an increase of 1.2 degrees in the daytime and 0.4 degrees at night. The persistence of this situation is attributed to continuous sunlight throughout the day on Sunday.
In the past few days, a rise in chilly weather has started to impact the daily routines of ordinary people. Work activities are kicking off later, and folks are getting home earlier in the evenings. For the majority of the day, people are spotted wearing warm woollen clothes, with only a few hours exempted. Even tourists exploring Udaipur these days prefer leisurely walks in the gentle sunlight.
