In an auction today at the UIT office, 9 plots at Chitrakoot Nagar were sold for Rupees 2.8 Crore. Many locals and real estate businessmen participated in the auction.

The highest bid was recorded for plot No.314 which was sold at Rs. 1,755 per sq. ft., while the lowest bid amounted to Rs. 1,576 per sq. ft. for plot No.507.

UIT Secretary R. P. Sharma informed that the auction of 9 plots at Chitrakoot Nagar was pending since long time, today all the plots were auctioned. UIT has received total revenue of Rs. 2.8 Crore.

Sharma also told that soon more available plots will be auctioned by UIT.
