More than a hundred contractual teachers under Rajasthan Vidyarthi Mitra Sanvida Shikshak Sangh protested outside collectorate and self-arrested in front of the police. The protesters first rallied across the city and then, demonstrated against government.

Being on contract, the association is demanding several job benefits from long, but no action has been taken by the government yet.  The Vidyarthi Mitra demanded their equal position like other teachers with benefits of taking leave, pay etc.

Many protestors had demonstrated by removing their clothes, and warned administration for more such protest in future.

All protesters have surrendered before police as a part of their protest.
