Udaipur, March 24, 2025 - The Water Resources Department will construct a water harvesting structure at Pratap Gaurav Kendra. As per the process, bids will be accepted until April 1, 2025. Officials have confirmed that the work will start soon.
The structure will be built near the museum. Step-by-step water tanks will be constructed, covering an area of 150 meters. These tanks will store rainwater flowing down from the statue hill and the museum hill. The project will cost Rs 263.94 lakh, and tenders have already been issued.
The Tiger Hill area faces water scarcity. Pratap Gaurav Kendra requires water for its water-laser show and garden. The stored rainwater will be used for these purposes.
