As the monsoon sets in with August, Udaipur's rainbeat will be one of the most anticipated metrics apart from the COVID count this year.
The weather department, in its report today morning alerted on heavy to moderate rainfall across nine districts in Rajasthan, Udaipur being one of them. Moderate rains are being predicted in more than 20 cities in these districts.
Orange alert has been issued for Udaipur, Rajsamand, Kota, Dausa, Dholpur, Karauli, Bhilwara, Bundi and Bharatpur. A yellor alert was announced for 23 cities across the state due to favorable conditions.
Heavy to moderate rains over the next two days will take place in Udaipur, Ajmer, Alwar, Banswara, Baran, Bharatpur, Bhilwara, Dungarpur, Bundi, Chittor, Rajasamand, Dholpur, Dausa, Jaipur, Jhalawar, Jhunjhunu, Karauli, Kota, Pratapnagar, Sawai Madhopur, SIkar and Tonk.
