When law enforcement stays unimplemented - Liquor shop open even after lockdown closing hours

People were seen procuring liquor from a wine shop beyond closing hours, even while shops and markets in Udaipur are being forced to close down before 7pm, inspite of the Collectors orders that the lockdown hours are only between 9pm and 5am.

Police vehicles have been doing the rounds at 6pm and instructing shops to close to adhere to the lockdowy timings.  However, after 1 June, the timings were relaxed and shops and markets were allowed to open for additional hours in the evening.  Shops and business establishments were instructed to ensure that staff reach home by 9pm.

However, the timings for shops continued to be effective under the older 7am-7pm rule. Surprisingly, liquor shops are allowed to open beyond 7pm.  People were seen purchasing liquor from a wine shop at 7:30pm, even after police had done the rounds and closed the entire market before 7pm.
