Dissatisfied with police investigations, a woman seeking justice approached High Court. Rageshwari Singh was extremely dissatisfied with the working of police on her complaint against her in-laws regarding dowry, fraud and torture. The High Court then issued directives as per which SP police probed into the matter and found that the investigations were not done properly. Now DSP has been asked to investigate the matter thoroughly.

As reported by Rageshwari to the court, she was married to CS Naruka in Jaipur. Last year her husband died as he was unwell. After his death, the in-laws which include father-in-law, mother-in-law and sister-in-law started torturing her and took away the keys to her cupboard and pushed her out of the house along with her son. The in-laws then used fake documents and took the entire amount from her bank account in their possession. The matter was reported to the police by the victim. When the investigations were not satisfactory, she approached the court and complained against the working of Mahila Thana.
