Woman dies during treatment-Case of dowry
In-laws torture a woman for dowry and give poison in juice.
A woman died during treatment in MB Hospital. Her parents have registered a case of dowry against her in-laws.
As per sources, Lakshita was admitted to MB hospital on Wednesday after she started vomiting. She died at 5 p.m. during treatment. Her parents claim that she was being tortured by her in-laws for dowry. They said that she was married 2 months ago to Anil Kumawat but her in-laws were constantly pressurising her for dowry. It was a second marriage for her husband. He was torturing Lakshita asking her to demand 7 lakh rupees from her parents.
On Wednesday, she called up her parents and informed them that she was made to drink something poisonous with juice by her in-laws. She asked them to rush to hospital as she was being taken to MB Hospital for treatment by in-laws.
After she died, both parties had a serious fight in the hospital itself. It was such a heated scene that people including security ran away from the hospital to save their own lives. As per a member of Women’s Commission, the husband had a love marriage before and also broke an engagement in Chittorgarh. The entire community stood against the Kumawat family and demanded strict action against them.
