A woman sold off ancestral property against which her brothers got a stay from the court. A case of fraud has been registered in Hiranmagri police station.

As per reports, Madhulika Singh sold off her 19 acre ancestral property situated in Titardi for 3 crore 80 lakh rupees to Premal Pareek. Premal Pareek took a loan of 75 crore rupees from the bank to build a complex on this land. When the lady’s brothers Shakti Singh and Mahendra Singh came to know about their ancestral property being sold out, they took a stay on the property and Premal Pareek had to stop all construction work there. It has also been complained that Madhulika Singh is now asking for 11 crore rupees for the property.

As per appellant Pareek, he had taken a loan on this property but because of stay orders the property has been seized by bank. He has registered a case against Madhulika Singh. Reports also say that Madhulika Singh had registered a case of fraud against appellant. Since both parties have filed cases against each other, police has taken the matter for deep investigation.
