The workers repairing the historical Rampole in Dudhtalai area were in for terror on Monday night. They heard the roar of a panther and got so scared that they hid themselves in the room provided to them near their work area. The next morning the contractor was informed. Only after the contractor reached the site, did the labour come out of the room. Forest department was also informed about this. It may be noted that there is a hilly region round Dudhtalai and there have been reports of panthers and leopards frequenting this area.
