Workshop on Prevention of Child trafficking concludes
A workshop on prevention of child trafficking and its legal provisions concluded today at Hotel Swaroop Vilas. The two day workshop was organized by Child Fund India (Udaipur area) where many lawyers of the city took part in the program.

Joseph Mathews, program coordinator informed that many topics related to child trafficking were discussed like legal protection of victim child, Indian Penal Code 370 and gender based crimes.
Bar Association President, Bharat Joshi also put forward his thoughts on the role of lawyers in tackling cases of child trafficking.
35 lawyers took part in the workshop including representatives of NGOs etc .
Ashish Garhai, manager of Child India Fund informed that their organization is trying to coordinate with government and non government agencies and different departments to protect children.
