Pratapnagar police arrested a youth for being in possession of a country pistol and cartridges. Police got information that a youth was standing outside a closed cotton mill with illegal weapons. When police reached the cotton mill, Lokesh Menaria who was standing there with country pistol and live cartridges started running away. He was followed and immediately arrested. Police has recovered the illegal weapons from him and is trying to find out the details as to where he got the weapons from and what his intentions were.
