Bajaj Pulsar NS125 Update: New Display, Colours and Expected Price
The updated Bajaj Pulsar NS125 has been spotted with a new instrument cluster and fresh colour options. Here is what to expect from its features, engine, launch and price.
September 28, 2026: Bajaj Auto is set to bring one update after another to its Pulsar range. After the recently updated Pulsar NS400Z received a new TFT display, an updated version of the entry-level Pulsar NS125 has now been spotted. The new model is expected to receive changes mainly to the instrument cluster and colour options. No major mechanical changes are expected for now.
The near-production version of the motorcycle has reportedly reached dealerships, suggesting that the launch of the new Pulsar NS125 could be close. However, it remains to be seen whether Bajaj will increase the price of the motorcycle with these updates.
New LCD display coming to NS125
The current Pulsar NS125 comes with a negative LCD instrument cluster. However, the updated version has been spotted with a new LCD display. A similar type of display is also used in some lower variants of the Pulsar 125, Pulsar 150 and N160.
However, Bajaj may not stop there. The higher variant of the NS125 could get a new TFT display. This type of display has recently been introduced in several Pulsar models.
Bajaj first introduced this display on the top variant of the N160. Later, a similar display was added to the top variants of the Pulsar 125 and Pulsar 150. One of the key features of the new display is the ability to mirror Google Maps navigation on the motorcycle's screen.
The same TFT display was later spotted on the updated N250 and NS200. More recently, it was also seen on the updated Pulsar NS400Z. This makes it possible that Bajaj could introduce similar technology on the NS125.
Pulsar NS125 spotted in new colours
Apart from the instrument cluster, the updated Pulsar NS125 could also receive new colour options. The spotted motorcycle was seen in black and red, black and neon green, and black and grey colour combinations.
The new colour options are similar to those seen on other recently updated Pulsar models. Bajaj could therefore make the NS125 more attractive with new colours and a modern instrument cluster without making major changes to its overall design.
Major engine changes are unlikely
The basic mechanical setup of the new Pulsar NS125 is expected to remain unchanged. The current model uses a 124.45cc engine that produces 12 horsepower and 11 Nm of torque.
In comparison, the updated Classic Pulsar 125 uses a 124.38cc engine that produces 11.8 horsepower and 10.8 Nm of torque.
The TVS Raider is currently one of the popular models in the sporty 125cc motorcycle segment. Its 124.8cc engine produces 11.38 horsepower and 11.2 Nm of torque, while the iGO variant produces 11.75 Nm of torque.
Therefore, if Bajaj does not make any changes to the engine of the updated NS125, the main highlights of the new model are likely to be its technology and design updates.
Deliveries may start soon
The spotted motorcycle appears to be a near-production version and has reportedly reached dealerships. As a result, deliveries could begin soon after the launch of the new Pulsar NS125.
Currently, the Bajaj Pulsar NS125 starts at Rs 99,622. It is not yet clear whether Bajaj will increase the price after adding the new display and colour options.
If Bajaj introduces a TFT display on the higher variants, the Pulsar NS125 could get several new technology features. However, we will have to wait for the company's official announcement regarding the final features, variants and prices of the updated model.
