Mahindra Scorpio N Edition One Spotted at Dealership: New Wine Red Cabin Theme Revealed
The Mahindra Scorpio N Edition One has reportedly been spotted at a dealership, showcasing a wine-red cabin theme. Here is what is known so far about its expected features and pricing.
November 05, 2026: Mahindra is preparing to launch a special edition of the Scorpio N, called the Edition One. Ahead of its official launch, an undisguised unit of the SUV has been spotted at a dealership yard, revealing some of its key design changes.
The new edition primarily features exterior styling updates and revised cabin elements. In particular, the redesigned front grille and Wine Red interior theme make the Scorpio N Edition One stand out from the standard model.
The biggest exterior change is the redesigned front grille. Inspired by Mahindra's lifestyle pickup range, the new grille features a layered horizontal pattern instead of the vertical design seen on the regular Scorpio N. It also gets a dark finish with bright rectangular inserts, while Mahindra's Twin Peaks logo is positioned at the centre.
The spotted SUV features a black exterior paint finish, complemented by bright window surrounds, roof rails, specially finished door handles and side steps. It also carries Edition One badges on the front doors and rear quarter panels, highlighting its special-edition identity.
Wine Red Theme Introduced in the Cabin
The most noticeable change inside the Scorpio N Edition One is the introduction of a Wine Red interior theme. The dashboard, door pads and seat upholstery feature Wine Red accents, creating a contrasting appearance against the darker upper dashboard and other cabin elements.
Additionally, the air vents, inner door handles and centre console feature metallic-finish trim.
The spotted model also features a second-row bench seat and rear AC vents positioned behind the front centre armrest. An automatic gear selector can also be seen, suggesting that the showcased Edition One variant is equipped with an automatic transmission.
What Features Could the Scorpio N Edition One Offer?
The spotted SUV has been seen with several premium features, including a panoramic sunroof, a large floating touchscreen infotainment system, push-button start and alloy wheels.
Based on these features, the Edition One could be based on one of the higher variants of the Scorpio N.
Other possible features include Level 2 ADAS, a Surround View Camera System, ventilated seats and a Sony audio system. However, Mahindra has not officially confirmed whether these features will be included in the special edition.
Overall, the Edition One appears to place greater emphasis on exclusive exterior styling and interior enhancements rather than introducing major technological changes.
How Much Could the Mahindra Scorpio N Edition One Cost?
Mahindra has not yet announced the price of the Scorpio N Edition One. Details regarding its available variants and complete feature list are also awaited.
However, the special edition is expected to cost up to ₹1 lakh more than the corresponding standard variant. There is also a possibility that Mahindra could offer it in limited numbers.
The updated Scorpio N entered the market in August 2026, with ex-showroom prices ranging from ₹13.69 lakh to ₹25.49 lakh.
The Edition One is expected to retain the existing petrol and diesel engine options of the standard Scorpio N. However, buyers will have to wait for Mahindra's official announcement for confirmation regarding the engine specifications, transmission options, available variants and final pricing.
