2 Died, 3 Injured in Car Accident
In a bizarre incident that resulted in the death of two young men, a Maruti Zen car crashed into an open sewage pit near Goverdhan Vilas in the wee hours of the morning on 26th February. The persons who died were Rachit, aged 25 years, s/o Dr. M.M Mangal and a resident of Bhupal Pura, Udaipur and Anand, aged 25 years, s/o Mahendra Bhai of Baroda, Gujarat.

The persons who died were Rachit, aged 25 years, s/o Dr. M.M Mangal and a resident of Bhupal Pura, Udaipur and Anand, aged 25 years, s/o Mahendra Bhai of Baroda, Gujarat.
According to the Goverdhan Vilas Police, a group of 5 people who were on their way back from Balicha, early after an outing session around 3 am today morning, crashed into a sewage pit opposite the Technoy Motors showroom in Goverdhan Vilas.
According to sources, the car was being driven at a high speed, when it hit the sewage pit. Two people died on the spot and the remaining 3 who were injured, were taken to M.B. Hospital for preliminary treatment, after which they were shifted to another hospital.
Out of the 3 who were injured, L. Sen, s/o Lalit Chand Sen was a resident of Ahmedabad and was aged 26 years; Chirag, 25 years, s/o Mahesh Satwani was a resident of Surat, and the third, Priyank Sharma, s/o Prakash Sharma, was the grandson of Dr. Bakhtawar of Udaipur.
