Dev Menaria, an actor and producer hailing from Udaipur, has been awarded at the Dada Sahen Phalke Awards 2022 for his excellence in flm making and for the efforts during the COVID lockdown. The award ceremony was a part of the Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festi\val  held on 4 May at Juhu, Mumbai.

The DadaSaheb Phalke Award, considered the most honored and highly ranked film award, is received by select creative individuals in the film industry. Held every year and presented by the Directorate of Film Festivals, this award holds value in the Indian Film Industry. Dev was awarded not only for his work in film making but also on his meritoprious efforts during the COVID lockdown, where he worked hard to distribute masks, sanitizers, food and other essentials during the period.  He received award in the presence of the SP of Mumbai Arun Bakshi, Manoj Joshi, Aarti Nagpaal, Krishna Chouhaan among others.

Dev, who hails from Udaipur has been a regular face in the entertainment industry, viz. modeling, acting and now production. He is also the winner of the Mr. India Supermodel 2020 contest held in Delhi. He has worked in many serials, notable being Nukkad Ek Choupal; a winner of men's paegants; web series like the Lost Night and multiple music videos. His upcoming web series produced is Hindi is called "Saazish - The Conspiracy" which is due to release this year. about to release this year.

The web series also features Mugdha Godse, Raza Murad, Shahbaz Khan, Mushtaq Khan, and Neeraj amongst many others. The shooting has been completed and Dev has another two projects in the pipeline.. Dev Menaria mentions, "I am way more than just proud today. I have been working hard for such a day. All the projects I accomplished now feel like a complete thing.
