Dr. Shanker Lal Bamniya has taken over the reins as Chief Medical and Health Officer of Udaipur. Dr Bamniya had been giving his services at the post of Dy. Director Medical and Health and was instrumental in leading the COVID management drive from the CMHO’s office.

Dr. Bamniya is also the State President and General Secretary of ARISDA (All Rajasthan In Service Doctors Association) and has been associated with this organization since 2011.

Dr. Dinesh Kharadi who was serving at the post of CMHO over the last two years, has been transferred to the Dungarpur District Hospital, where he will be giving his services, but not as CMHO.
