With the objective of promoting education in the Tribal and Rural belt, Udaipur (rural) legislator Phool Singh Meena sponsored air travel, a tour in Jaipur and a meeting with the CM for two tribal girls. The two girls had secured the highest marks at the secondary and senior secondary levels.

The two girls, hence chosen were Kusum Kharadi and Pushpa Meena who scored above 80 percentage in the board exams. They flew to Jaipur on Wednesday. They were also taken to meet CM Vasundhara Raje.

Chief Minister Raje congratulated the two girls and motivated them to go for higher education. She also thanked Phool Singh Meena for the innovative way of encouraging students.

Phool Singh Meena had earlier in his address in Udaipur said that given that most tribal people have never air travelled, when these girls narrate their first experience of air trip and visiting the capital city, it would motivate others too to do well.
