Udaipur, May 12, 2025 - Anu Jain of Udaipur has brought laurels to the country and her city by winning the title of first runner-up in the Mrs India Petite California 2025 competition held in California, USA, recently.
Anu, currently based in San Francisco, is a tech entrepreneur and stock market enthusiast who has done notable work in the field of education and women empowerment. She is the founder of an educational app called "AI Exam Vocabulary", which teaches vocabulary for competitive exams to students around the world through AI technology. The app has reached more than 60,000 students so far, many of whom are from developing countries and backward regions.
The Mrs India Petite California 2025 competition consisted of three rounds - the Heritage Traditional Round, in which the contestants presented Indian culture and traditions; the Gown Round, which tested the contestants' grace and style; and finally, the Question-Answer Round, where Anu was asked "If you don't become a winner today, how will you continue to have a positive influence in society?"
To this she replied, "Whether I wear the crown or not, my goals will remain the same - to make education accessible, to uplift the voices of women and children, and to bring about change in society. Impact comes from intention and action, not from crowns."
This journey of Anu is not only her personal achievement but it is also a proof that Indian women, wherever they are in the world, are making the country proud on global platforms with their values, traditions and self-confidence.
