Baba Ram Rahim seems to be having a very interesting connection with Udaipur. He was looking at developing Udaipur as his second base after Sirsa.

As per media reports, Baba had also bought huge tracts of land for development in Udaipur. He had Dera offices opened here and even managed to impress the tribals in the belt. Not only that, Baba even wanted to open up a 5-star hotel in Udaipur. Thankfully, his dreams related to Udaipur remained unfulfilled.

Speculations were also raised about Baba Ram Rahim’s connection with Udaipur’s royal family after his photograph’s with Maharana Arvind Singh surfaced. The photograph was clicked when Baba had gone to pay a courtesy visit to Maharana when he had gone there to watch a film shooting. Beyond that, there are not updates about Baba’s connection with Udaipur royalty.

It is also being claimed that Baba was in Udaipur 4-5 days before his arrest. He had stayed in Hotel Leela Palace along with Honeypreet in the same room. It is speculated that Honeypreet was Baba’s main advisor in his Udaipur expansion plan.

In a shocking claim, it is speculated that Pradeep Goyal (who played a major role in triggering Sirsa riots after Baba’s arrest) organised 22 buses of rioters from Udaipur and Banswara belts by paying Rs 25000 to each person.
