BN Pharmacy student receives Scholarship of over 2 Crore
Karamveer Singh Shekhawat, a student of B.N. College of Pharmacy, Udaipur received a scholarship of 2.87 Crores from ULM University (Germany).
Karamveer Singh Shekhawat, a student of B.N. College of Pharmacy, Udaipur received a scholarship of 2.87 Crores from ULM University (Germany).
Karamveer was sanctioned the scholarship for the research study on ‘Insulin-Like Growth factor-1(IGF-1) Signaling Under oxidative stress conditions of the connective tissue specific Sod2 Deficient Murine aging Model’.
He is carrying out his research work at Department of Dermatology and Allergic Disease, University of Ulm, Germany, where he will study the oxidative stress activation and a series of stress pathway where imbalance of oxidants are directly related to aging model.
Principal of the college Dr. M.S. Ranawat said, “Many student from our college are working in foreign countries but Karamveer is one of the outstanding students to achieve this marvelous scholarship. He was always interested in research activities and not only the college but the state of Rajasthan is proud to have such a sparkling student.”
