Dr Arvinder Singh was recently inducted as a member of the New York based International Coach Federation. He recently completed the two modules of Ericsson Internationl training programme post which he was conferred the membership.

Dr Arvinder has thereby become the first person from Rajasthan to be inducted in the International Coach fraternity.

Coaching as a facilitation service has been in huge demand globally. Fields from sports to business have all benefited from coaching. Growing coaching needs have pushed up the coaching rates internally from Rs 10,000 per hour to about Rs 1.5 lakh per hour.

On being questioned, Dr Arvinder acknowledged the expensive proposition that coaching has become but said that he will shortly come out with innovative delivery mechanisms to facilitate economic coaching facilities for students and corporate players.
