Udaipur’s Dr Mubarika Awarded Honorary PhD in Energy Healing and Holistic Wellness

Udaipur, Dec 17, 2025 - Dr Mubarika M Kheda of Udaipur was recently conferred with the honorary degree of Doctor of Philosophy – Specialisation in Energy Healing and Holistic Wellness - by Kennedy University of Baptist (KUB) college by the Florida Department of Education (FDOE), USA. This doctorate was given to Dr Mubarika for her remarkable achievement in her field. She recieved this prestigious certification at the New Delhi Global Excellence Summit (GES) & IFEA Awards ceremony.

Hailing from Salumbar in Rajasthan, Dr Mubarika has an impressive academic background with double Bachelor’s degree, a Master’s degree and 25 certifications which has served her well in her work as a Reiki Grand Master Teacher. At her office in Udaipur - Unicorn Guidance & Energy Healing Center - she combines her expertise in education with her passion for healing. Her work as a Reiki healer, EFT/TFT Tapping Master Practitioner, Life Skills Counsellor and Educational Advisor allows her to help individuals overcome emotional and psychological barriers, creating a holistic approach to well-being.

Dr Mubarika has built a thriving healing practice, impacting countless individuals and pioneering the integration of Reiki, EFT and TFT into educational and corporate settings. Aware that true healing is not just about addressing physical ailments but about empowering people to connect with their inner strength, heal emotional wounds and build resilience for the future, she says, “Healing isn’t just about what happens in the moment. It’s about the manifestation and its lasting effects. The Bible verse you’re likely thinking of is James 4:2-3, which says, ‘You do not have because you do not ask.’ I want to help people heal in a way that empowers them to live a full, balanced life.”

Corporate Wellness

With the Unicorn Guidance & Energy Healing Centre in Udaipur and Salumber flourishing, Dr Mubarika expanded her expertise beyond the walls of her centre. She moved into corporate wellness programmes, which integrates Reiki, EFT and other healing modalities into the workplace, sparking a broader conversation about mental and emotional well-being in professional environments. She was invited to consult with several global organisations, helping them develop wellness programmes.

Additionally, her work in the hospitals specifically with cancer patients became an extension of her mission to create balanced, healthy communities where people could thrive.

Training Reiki Aspirants

Soon, Dr Mubarika felt a growing responsibility to mentor the next generation of healers and this led her to create a training programme for aspiring Reiki practitioners, teaching them how to cultivate empathy, self-awareness and a deep understanding of the human experience.

“Being a healer isn’t just about learning techniques; it’s about understanding the depth of human condition. It’s about developing a connection with others and being present for them in their most vulnerable moments,” she shares.

The Reiki Master also expanded her outreach to communities in need and her charity work, which includes free workshops and one-on-one healing sessions for underserved populations, has become a cornerstone of her practice.

Programmes for Children

She has developed programmes aimed at children and adolescents, offering them tools to manage stress, build emotional intelligence and overcome the challenges they faced. She works with educators to integrate emotional intelligence training into school curriculums. Dr Mubarika has also created platforms that focus on family dynamics and emotional communication, teaching families how to strengthen their bonds and support each other through difficult times.
