Department of Education Extension at Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology has launched the new education museum today. The museum was inaugurated by Dr. Arvind Kumar, Director General of Indian Agricultural Research Institute and Professor S.S. Chahal, Vice-chancellor of MPUAT.

Professor I.J Mathur, Director of Education Extension has informed that the museum is constructed with under development grant of Indian Agricultural Research Institute. The estimated cost of museum is Rs. One crore, the auditorium is constructed in Rs.35 Lakh and the remaining amount will be used in interior, furniture and arranging things related to agriculture engineering, fruits and vegetables farming, student welfare, fisheries, home science, dairy, fertilizer etc.

Various models, posters, charts describing history of the colleges were exhibited and all these details will be kept permanently in the newly built auditorium in future.
