Tesla’s Innovations are transforming the world of Automobile industry, says Forbes, as it ranks Elon Musk’s company at the top in the Global list of most Innovative companies.

Tesla, an Electric Motor Vehicle maker from the United States has topped the Forbes List of “World’s Most Innovative Companies” of 2016.

In the quest to prove that Electric cars are better than fuel powered vehicles, Elon Musk and a group of engineers in Silicon Valley founded Tesla and their efforts have now resulted in the world’s fastest Electric car, which was unveiled on 24 August.

The US giant has a Market Cap of USD 33.5 Billion and a staff strength of over 13,,000 employees.  Sales have crossed USD 4 Billion.

Tesla Motors, Inc. engages in the designing, development, manufacturing and selling of electric vehicles and electric power train components. Its products include electric vehicles such as the Model S, Model X and the Tesla Roadster. The company was founded by Jeffrey B. Straubel, Elon Reeve Musk and Marc Tarpenning on July 1, 2003 and is headquartered in Palo Alto, CA.
